I use Phorest system and can easily find 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9. Do you know the reports that will give me 5, , 6, 7 and 8.
I will ask Phorest also.

Hi David, So the ones you can’t find are: 5. Pre-booking. 6. Frequency Of Visit. 7. Referrals. 8. Client Retention.
I would have thought that Phorest will have those, so it will be interesting to see what they come back with. Different software companies have different ways of recording and defining what something is. The main area that’s a problem is around the definition of Pre-booking V Re-booking. I (and some software manufacturers) define ‘Pre-booking’ as being when the client makes their next appointment before they leave the salon. Where as Re-booking is defined as the client has re-booked with a stylist but may have made that appointment a month later. Some software manufacturers and hairdressers DO NOT use the same definition and think of the two as the same thing… So let me know what Phorest do.
